Dr. Alison Hazelbaker is teaching an advanced class on how craniosacral therapy can be used to identify and overcome infant sucking and breastfeeding problems. She will focus on anatomy and physiology of infant suck, anatomy and physiology of milk making, problem identification, goals for CST, torticollis, plagiocephaly, brachycephaly, forceps and vacuum extractions, cesarean sections, and other birth trauma. She has developed a BRAND NEW protocol that she will teach during this class. There will also be clinical practice on real babies.
This course is for advanced practice CranioSacral Therapists.
Prerequisites: Class participants are required to have previous CST training that includes mouth and emotional work. If you trained with Upledger, you need to have completed SER1. If you have Milne training, you must have taken through the first level of mouthwork. If you are BioDynamics trained, you must be certified. If you have trained with Carol Gray, you must have taken Subtle Hands, CST for Infants, and CST for Infants Advanced Clinical Skills. If you have questions about your specific experience level/training and how it fits in with these prerequisites, please contact us PRIOR to registering. Do not register for this course if you do not meet the prerequisites and/or you have not contacted us about your specific training, as we do not offer refunds, only credit toward future classes.
